You MUST enroll online.  If your child attended Pre-K at Birch or in BVSD you still must enroll your child for the 2023-2024 school year.  Please do this ASAP to help us get accurate numbers and funding for next year!  Thanks!

During this virtual night we share information with parents about Kindergarten at Birch and have a time for questions and answers.

Kindergarten Open House & Welcome Packet Pick-Up
Thursday, May 11, 2023 Time: 3:00-4:00 Open House
Stop by Birch with your incoming Kindergaretner to meet the Kindergarten team in person, see the classrooms, and pick up a fun Welcome Packet!

2023.2024 Virtual Welcome Packet Coming Soon!
Kindergarten Kickoff Days are the first three official days of Kindergarten.  This schedule is different than our regular school year schedule as students will only attend school for a half day.  All kindergarten teachers and the kindergarten paraprofessionals will co-teach all the students during these days.  This means that students WILL NOT be assigned to a classroom teacher/class until after Kindergarten Kickoff.

Instead of a school supply list we collect a flat "school supply" donation *fee. 
You can pay for your school supply fee for the 2023-24 school year starting July 1, 2023 here:

Don't forget to add your child's name when you pay!  The link above goes directly to the Kindergarten page.  If you have other students be sure to click on the link for their grade.

​*In addition to this fee we also request that all students have a pair of headphones and a backpack.  If you need assistance please contact the office for more information about our free backpacks.
